Classes Description
Hatha Yoga
A traditional Yoga class designed to increase awareness of your entire body while quieting the mind. After a short warm up of dynamic asanas, each poses are held for 20 to 30 secondes with a mix of stretch, strength and balance, for a great ‘all-round’ practice. Each class has a little pranayama, relaxation and meditation part, with a strong focus on body awareness throughout.
Gentle Flow
This is a more dynamic, although beginner-friendly, practice where each asanas are transitioned from one to the other. With the help of a few rounds of Sun Salutations, you will increase both your body flexibility and strength while keeping your stamina going with on-going, slow, transitions. Finish with some short tension release exercices and a well-deserved relaxation.
Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation
A well-balanced class compromising of the main 3 elements of traditional Yoga. About a third of the class will be dedicated to each practice, starting with a range of postures (asana) before moving on to breathing exercices (pranayama) designed to relax the body and focus the mind for a deeper meditation practice.
Vinyasa Flow
Derived from Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga is a a dynamic style of Yoga that links breath with movement. It involves a free series of poses (asanas) performed in a continuous, flowing sequence. This is an energetic practice, focusing on fitness and stamina with a focus on smooth transition between poses
Kundalini Yoga
Known as the ‘Yoga of Awareness’, Kundalini Yoga (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) is a powerful practice combining dynamic postures with pranayama, mudra, mantra and meditation to promote spiritual well-being. This combination helps the flow of prana across the body and stimulate the awakening of Kundalini, the dormant life force within us.
Amerta
Sound
Meditation
Amerta Sound meditation session is based on the principle that every element in life consists of energy and vibration. Amerta means ‘nectar’ in Javanese and this journey mixes Tibetan singing bowls with other ancient instruments, vocal toning, and Javanese sacred mantra chanting for an intense and immersive healing experience run by internationally acclaimed sound healer Galih Naga Seno and his wife Irma.
Sound Healing
After setting an healing intention at the start of the practice, all you have to do is to let your body absorbs the vibrations of the Tibetan singing bowls while your subconscious mind is magically working through the healing process. This is a truly relaxing and transformative experience which enhances well-being while leaving you emotionally balanced and fully rejuvenated.
Yoga Nidra
Another guided meditation technique made popular by Swami Satyananda, Yoga Nidra (‘Sleep Yoga’) takes you through various concentration and visualisation exercices while lying down on your mat. This makes for a very relaxing practice where your brain switches to theta wave state, slowing down the nervous system and helping the release of emotion tension.
Meditation
Whereas it is a mindfulness or a focused meditation, this 30mins add-on to the morning classes is a great addition to your Yoga routine to take care of your mental heath. Those guided meditation are beginners-friendly and a efficient way to increase your concentration and focusing abilities for improved daily attention, memory, decision making process and reducing stress and anxiety.
Kids Yoga
The kids Yoga and meditation classes are very much adapted to the children’s age and make it for a fun yet effective activity for both the body and mind. Aside from the obvious physical benefits, Yoga for children is known for improving body & self- awareness while helping relaxing and focusing on the present moment. The Bahasa class is a gift to the local children of the village and is FREE for Balinese kids.

Ayuni comes from the traditional village of Banyupoh in the north west of the island, known as the secret temples area of Bali for places such as Melting, Pulaki and Pabean temples. Ayuni worked in hospitality management for many years before working in the popular Ubud Yoga centre House of Om where she discovered Yoga. After working as the Yoga studio manager at SKY, she was the first person to undertake SKY’s sponsorship program that offers 200h Yoga Teacher Training to local Balinese people. She has since been sharing her skills and enthusiasm by teaching Kids Yoga classes here.
Amelie was a communication manager in a co-operative in France before working for 5 years in a contemporary circus company. She moved to Bali in 2019 and became a Kundalini Yoga teacher in 2020. She had been practising Kundalini Yoga since 2014 and still enjoys discovering the infinite diversity of the kriyas while being in love with chanting mantras, a core aspect of Kundalini Yoga. For her, Kundalini Yoga is a tool to navigate your daily life in a more conscious way, a way to let go of the mind, come back to the body’s energy and explore something bigger than us without any dogmas, rather by the direct experience of the universal consciousness guiding our practice.
