Sound Healing Course

This course welcomes you into the world of healing  through sound. Beginning with the basics - what Tibetan singing bowls are and how to play them - you will gradually gain the confidence to guide both group sound baths and one-to-one healing sessions.

Yoga & Meditation Discovery Course

Whether you are new to Yoga or a regular practitioner, this short course is the perfect introduction to the vast array of Yogic practices and the philosophy behind them. Keep fit with 2h of asana daily, dive deeper in meditation and discover pranayama & shuddi kriyas.

Yoga & Meditation Training

This 14-day training offers a balanced mix of theory and practice to gain a clear understanding of what Yoga is. It is a great starting point to explore traditional Yoga, improve your asana’s alignment and truly deepen your overall practice.
